These illustrations were created after my partner sent me Rupert Spira’s video “How to practice self inquiry” to help me coping with a difficult moment.
During that period of my life I was struggling with deep states of unhappiness, and found it very difficult to share these emotional experiences with others, because it felt impossible to explain them to myself.
Watching the video and drawing my own interpretation provided a profound and soothing experience, and helped me become more aware of my emotional processes.
